Berkeley, CA – housing trends and employment

Berkeley, CA, is one of the best cities to live in the USA regarding housing trends, employment, and transportation. If you plan to move to the city, there are available houses for sale which will fit your needs. Homes for sale are typical in Berkeley; you can find the most competitive prices. The median home price in Berkeley is $1,349,000. But depending on the floor sizes, you can definitely find lower than this. For example, for two beds, you can find a house lower than $799,000. This is perfect for a single family. Then when it comes to employment, there are plenty of open jobs to apply for.

A place to call home Berkeley Way

I read the story from Berkeleyside about what’s going on in the city. The story is about a place to call home: Berkeley Way and Hope Center. It’s a joint affordable housing and homeless services center project developed by Berkeley Food and Housing Project and BRIDGE Housing. One of the beneficiaries of this project is Kim Rogers; she has two children who just moved into the spacious one-bedroom apartment in Berkeley Way Apartments. The officials are celebrating the grand opening of Berkeley Way Apartments and Hope Center, including the beneficiaries of such. I’m so happy that there’s a project like this. It will help a lot of the homeless. Read more.
